At needessentials, we are committed to providing premium surf hardware and wetsuits without the retail markup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original box to prevent damage during transit and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service of your choice.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
